Cancellation & Refund

A cancellation of a confirmed booking must be notified in writing to SunShuttle® by recorded delivery email quoting the booking reference, departure date and lead name.The relevant notification details are as set out above. 

- If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all monies paid will be refundable.

- If cancellation’s not informed up to 3 hours prior to the time of transfer, whole amount of transfer price will not be refundable.
